Sustainability

Using recycled materials can significantly reduce your carbon footprint.

For example, when producing aluminum from raw materials, approximately 17 tonnes of carbon emissions are generated per tonne of aluminum, whereas using secondary or recycled aluminum only emits around 0.6 tonnes. 

The process of mining copper emits between 2.3 to 2.5 tonnes of carbon per tonne of metal, and smelting adds 1.65 tonnes, in contrast to recycled metal, which emits up to 1.5 tonnes.¹
